135 William T. Morrissey Blvd is a 750,000 square foot research and development campus referred to as Southline. Formally the Boston Globe building, the site has been newly renovated to include 80,000 square feet of potential data center space, 20 MW of available power, dual utility feeds, and a dedicated data center entrance. There is potential future power capacity of 30 MW+, pending study results. The facil ity can be ready for service by Q1 or Q2 of 2026. The site is easily accessible with direct access to the Red Line and I-93. Tenancy includes on-site parking, access to a tenants’ lounge and on-site foodhall.
